Sport.fun ​

Sport.fun is a fantasy sports trading game. You build a squad by signing player shares, compete in tournaments scored by real match data, and earn rewards based on where you finish.

It is non-custodial and runs on-chain on Base. Two sports are live: Football and NFL. More are coming.

The loop ​

Every tournament cycle follows the same shape. Each step builds on the last.

  1. Choose a sport. Football and NFL each have their own squad, market, and tournament schedule. Skill Rating, holdings, and rewards are kept separate per sport.
  2. Sign player shares. Shares are your stake in a player. Use Gold to sign shares of players you think will perform. Prices move with demand, so timing matters as much as picking.
  3. Compete automatically. Your squad enters tournaments without you submitting a lineup. As long as you hold eligible active shares before the snapshot, you are in.
  4. Score from real performance. Players earn points from actual match events: goals, assists, clean sheets in football; passing, rushing, receiving in NFL. The better your players play, the higher you place.
  5. Earn Tournament Points (TP). TP is the reward currency. The prize pool grows with platform market volume. Top finishers per position take a cut, weighted by how many eligible shares you held in each placing player.
  6. Spend TP on Player Packs. Packs convert TP into more shares, sometimes with Epic (1.5x) or Legendary (3x) upgrades. Packs are how you grow your squad without spending Gold.
  7. Repeat. Each cycle compounds. A consistent squad over many tournaments beats a hot week.

What shares are ​

Shares are your stake in a player. You sign shares to enter, release shares to exit, and your holdings determine your cut of that player's tournament rewards. Shares come from two sources: the marketplace (using Gold) or Player Packs (using TP).

Modes ​

Free to Play. No deposit needed. A starter grant of TP and packs gets you going. Free to Play is currently being reworked and details will be updated when it goes live again.

Pro. Uses real money. Gold is 1:1 with USDC on Base. Deposit USDC into your in-game wallet to start. Rewards are paid in TP, the same as Free to Play.
