Player Packs
Player Packs are how you convert Tournament Points (TP) into squad upgrades. Packs contain player shares.

TL;DR
- Earn TP by finishing well in tournaments
- Choose how much TP to spend on a pack (100 minimum, 15,000 maximum)
- More TP means more shares per player inside the pack
- Every pack is a Pro pack by default. You can get lucky and receive an Epic or Legendary upgrade
How packs work
When you open a pack, you choose your TP spend. The amount you spend determines the base number of shares each player inside receives. More TP = more shares.
At opening, each pack has a random chance of being upgraded:

| Legendary | 5% | 3x |
The upgrade is random. Spending more TP does not increase your upgrade chance, but it does increase the value of an upgrade when it lands.
Current upgrade chances and multipliers are in CONSTANTS.md. These are DB-managed values and can change without a code release.
How to open a pack
- Go to Packs in the app
- Choose your TP spend amount (100 to 15,000)
- Confirm and open
- Review your results and add players to your squad
The loop
Compete, earn TP, open packs, strengthen your squad, compete again. The goal is to build a squad that scores consistently across tournament formats, not to chase a single big result.
